Earlier on Castle Season 4 Episode 15 "Pandora", In the first episode of a two-part "Castle" event, Castle and Beckett pursue a ruthless killer that, they discover, is part of the sinister, international conspiracy. Castle and Beckett are joined for the case by Sophia Conrad (guest star Jennifer Beals), a smart, sexy CIA operative who may have a complicated past using Castle. Josh Stamberg also guests stars as Martin Danberg, an intelligence officer.

They also work with medical examiner Lanie Parish. Richard's family icludes their mother Martha Rodgers, who was a broadway diva in addition to his daughter Alexis.

Castle is an American comedy-drama television series, which premiered on ABC on March 9, 2009. The series is made by Beacon Pictures and ABC Companies. On January 10, 2011, Castle was renewed to get a fourth season. Season four premiered upon September 19, 2011.

Castle follows Nathan Fillion while Richard Castle, a famous mystery novelist who has killed off his key character in his book series and possesses writer's block. He is brought in through the NYPD for questioning concerning a copy-cat murder determined by one of his books. The complete novel has been published in September 2009 to be a hardcover, debuting at #26 within the New York Times Ideal Seller list. In its fourth week within the list, Heat Wave broke to the top 10 at #6. Heat Wave was introduced in paperback on September 27, 2010 and debuted at #34 for the New York Times bestseller Publication Mass-Market list.
